      Pros

      Worked at ESV for +5 years and can honestly say there's no better independence agency! You can start here with no experience and the learning curve is impressive, there's always opportunities for you to grow. Team and tech are probably the best things, everyone getting along is mandatory for a great atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to start a career in Digital.

      No cons, you just need passion for data and analytical mind, otherwise this is probably not your place

      Friendly work and learning enviroment

      Pros

      I have been working here for over a year and am extremely happy. It's an independent, while still social working environment. Everyone is very friendly and non-judgmental when it comes to asking for a hand. I haven't had to work ridiculous hours, occasionally you may need to work longer day than expected if a client requests something to be done towards the end of the day but that will be the case wherever you are within this industry.

      It is long hours and hard work but that comes with the territory!

      Lots of training Good clients Good development tools for helping you achieve client goals Central location in London Friendly team

      Cons

      Hard work Can sometimes feel like hard work isn't appreciated but to be honest everyone is just busy doing their roles so it's not a biggie.
