      Passionate and Committed Leadership Team and strong Site Head Highly skilled and experienced technical teams Small site - you get to know everyone by name Strong appetite for Continuous Improvement and ambition for the future 5 other sites that love to work together Approachable management both on site and in Corporate We love to develop people internally through secondments and projects.

      Cons

      2022 is a busy year after our carve out from Sanofi, but we knew this and our ambitions and plans for the future, as well as our McKinsey designed business transformation programme are designed to ensure this busy period is not the future way of working.
