Leadership gender mix is great and so is the team Company is agile and moves quickly Decisions are made quickly using feedback Company has a great Female leadership program in place and strong, empowered representatives in place Business is open and happy to share plans and results and new initiatives Continually evolving and growing at speed Continual sharing and updates provided Operating principles empower Editors Perks are great Recognition for great effort is always there Training investment is substantial and continual Many feedback channels and surveys are in place and staff feel comfortable feeding back Director and managers continually share Recent ENPS score increase was significantly high, monthly feedback scores also high and well above the norm
