During my time at EL2, the team was very diverse, fun and motivated. It was a young culture with lots of passion and good vibes. The caliber of brands and projects we worked on definitely kept us busy but the hours were pretty flexible and someone was always there to lend a hand. Also, it was the type of experience most of us wanted to be a part of so the long hours were often worth it.
The group knew how to have fun too! Pets and happy hours were pretty regular at the office. We worked hard and played hard!
Both partners are extremely talented leaders with an innovation mindset that carries through the team and work they do. Aside from being great at their jobs, they're both extremely generous and caring individuals who look out for their employees as best they can.
Cons
Be prepared to do a little bit of everything - whether you sign up for it or not. It's a small company so everyone is expected to be self sufficient. No job is too big or small! I also think there were way too many entry level folks that needed more direction from management.
The agency was still small when I joined 4 years ago and I had the privilege to work with wonderful accounts and see them grow. Their friendly and hard working culture wins clients every time and their delivery is equally impressive as proven by several awards from the industry since year one. Their leadership team is such a smart, happy and devoted group of people.
Cons
Small, start-up style which may not work for everyone.
