The Elementus team is comprised of some of the smartest individuals I have worked with. One of the pillars of the organization is emotional intelligence, which is evidenced everyday among team interactions. Best idea wins, meritocracy, and always understanding 'the why' are also values held high by the team. You have the autonomy to do your job and make decisions that have a huge impact in how the team goes to market.
