      Pros

      My team alone is very supportive of me in my role and my career aspirations. I get to work on projects that are interesting and make a true impact to our employee population. Everyone I work with, whether directly or indirectly, is always so friendly and quick to help. I also love that Elite is a remote first workplace and I have that flexibility.
