Friendly and talented people. Great work-life balance, and an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere. Opinions are equally considered, and you have a large amount of autonomy in your work. Feedback is regular and positive, and this results in an open and collaborative culture that makes you feel valued.

Cons

Occasionally vague direction. With this comes more autonomy, but it can be a little difficult sometimes.
