      - Really focuses on work/life balance - Emphasizes professional development and provides time, training and tools to grow - Leadership provides clear direction both individually as well as company goals. Very transparent

      Great team with a great culture - they take work/life balance very seriously. Also, the interview process was clear and expectations were well communicated!

      Pros

      Leadership really cares about their people, and invests in professional development. Being fully remote is nice, and flexible scheduling. You're trusted to get your work done and you have a lot of autonomy. That said there is also a very helpful support network, and everyone is always willing to answer questions. The people are great - it's nice to have co-workers who are dependable and push you to do your best work. A variety of challenging and engaging projects to work on. Highly recommend Emergent!
