-salary when you joined 8 years ago when they had a lot of cash -great WLB as nobody cares about the company -great career progression if you're male and white, with some token employees for the company to look moral -the company is always on track to hit goals ;)

-highly political -salary if you joined recently -no bonus -many redundancies -Skynews reported on the company's finances -CRO leaves every year. CTO also left recently -Many people are recently promoted with inflated titles, without doing anyting extra or employees asking for a promotion - the company may be worried about stg -Many compulsory surveys on how you feel about working there -Lots of performative 'moral' and impact initiatives that you need to take part in if you want to stay in the company

Fantastic work culture, really value their employees.

They hired excessively over the pre-covid - during-covid era for vacancy's that we not really required, which meant redundancy's to reduce costs.
