Pros
You can make great money during busy weekend shifts from tips. The owner is very flexible with your work schedule if you have obligations. You also end up learning a lot about food prep and restaurant management.
Cons
This is definitely a job for people trying to balance other obligations. Therefore, a lot of people do not give proper warning when they need time off or simply do not show to their shifts. It can be quite annoying for those that need to cover these shifts.
