There aren't any pros. Terrible place to work

Toxic environment. Management consistently changes. Gossip Gossip Gossip. Management literally uses gossip as a means to operate. Safety hazards EVERYWHERE. At no point is there not hundreds of tubes on the floor, creating massive slip hazards everywhere. When upper management is scheduled to visit, the team spends days hiding scrap, cleaning, shoving things on trailers, etc. When they leave, back to normal.
