Honestly, the place is super toxic. Way too much politics, favoritism, and backstabbing — it’s hard to trust anyone or just focus on the work. Some teams clearly treat people differently based on background, and nothing ever gets done about it. There was one guy in leadership who actually cared and had integrity, standards and empathy, but yeah… even he left. That kind of tells you everything you need to know.
