Employees are treated unfairly and people are fired very quickly if management is not satisfied with their work speed . New employees are expected to clean about 14 rooms in 6 hours , which is an unrealistic load for a beginner . Management complains that new hires cannot fill the entire room list , but proper training is almost non- existent - usually just one day . After that , it remains to work alone from the first days . Hard work is not valued and employees often feel unappreciated and unsupported . Avoid this workplace
