      Got to be out of a building and enjoy fresh air. Engaged in friendly conversations with customers to build relationships.

      Cons

      Not for the weak, constant heavy lifting. You'll be exposed to all outdoor elements throughout the year. Pay could be better.

      You'll get a paycheck. You can get a chance to transfer to a better more nurturing branch if you are willing to move. You get to meet clients on the road

      Cons

      Everything else. Management has obvious picks and is not respectful to everyone.
