We appreciate that you took the time to fill out this review and share feedback regarding your experience working at Charlotte Tilbury. This year Senior Leadership and your partners on the People Team have incorporated a variety of programs to help improve the North America organization. To address the need for a more competitive total rewards program we have begun benchmarking salaries, incorporated pay levels and bands, and launched Tilbury Treats, an employee rewards program. We’ve brought on a new Learning and Developing partner in our UK office who has helped launched our Start of a Dream onboarding program in addition to Developing a Dream, an ongoing education program for employees. To continue to improve our company culture here in North America, we’ve launched Peakon, an anonymous employee engagement survey, made significant progress with our new Brand Values and Behaviors and new Sprint performance management process. Based on feedback from current and former employees, we will continue to evolve and make positive changes to achieve our goal of making Charlotte Tilbury the beauty company with the ultimate employee experience.
