Non-Profit so pay isn't great, I'd say average to below average.

Provides excellent experience for social workers: clinical experience, advocacy, engagement with diverse families and populations (socio-economic, cultural), problem solving, court process, etc

You will earn EVERY dime in you salary. Depending on your supervisor, you may not get flexibility needed. Work life balance could be significantly impacted.
