Problems with internal politics and lack of direction by senior management in Europe corporate head quarters. Lack of support from line managers due to pressure from their seniors.

There are some really nice good people working in the company.

A company that does not value hard work and commitment of its employees. Staffs were terminated not based on performance but on politics. To be truly global it is still a long way.
