There are no pros to working here

They will lie to you to get you in, and then treat you terribly. They pretend to care about patients but it all comes down to trying to make as much money as possible. They watch you on CCTV, there is absolutely no trust. You will be blamed for anything that goes wrong and only praised if you're willing to completely burn yourself out for them. Avoid avoid avoid.

They pay slightly better than the rest of the industry but it's not worth it

They're "We see anything policy" is a "We burn staff out policy". Some one arrived 10min late for a 15 min cons, well you gotta see em, even if your booked back to back appointments till closing. Need to give someone a 30 mins appointment, or book a vet off to call someone? Too bad management will take that off the diary. They treat people like cogs in a machine and then wonder why they don't get good results. They constantly make it feel like you are the problem for their poor management and continuously lie. They do not deal with what is going on with in the team and head nurse hides from conflict
