There are a lot of managers compared to the number of teachers. If the head manager doesn't like you - forget it. He will try to make your life miserable and tell lies to fit his agenda. Others will agree with him even if they don't. This is the school in Wichita Falls, Texas at Sheppard Air Force Base.

Location is the only good thing about DLI

Horrible leadership, pay isn’t nearly enough given location. Persian Farsi school is full of former IRGC members, most toxic work environment I’ve ever seen; many professors do not even have a green card, yet have a DoD CAC- and freely travel back to Iran. Cannot stress en how bad this place is- do not apply!
