Working at DMA has been and continues to be a great and enriching experience as the projects we work on are both interesting and challenging and the people involved are really dedicated to getting the best results.
Cons
During crunch times, I can expect to put in extra hours, but that's really a minor complaint. Generally, work hours are very modest.
There are no pros. The company is an awful place to work. All I can say is that some of the staff are nice people.
Cons
Terrible place to work. They outsource everything to other countries to access cheap labour. They are not highly skilled at what they do and are horrible to their employees. The CEO is borderline abusive.
