      Pros

      Everything loved my job but 1 part time lad ruined it by been an idiot, and managers wouldn’t deal with him . After 7 years I left (I was senior most longest me ever of staff)

      Cons

      HR don’t help staff she just fobs you off and sticks up for the racist bullies . Me and 4 other staff from same franchise and different stores across Leeds for same reason.

      Pros

      Can be a fun environment. Can provide opportunities to make decent wage, highly dependand on the franchise you work for.

      Cons

      Some positions pay very low for the work they put in. This makes it harder to retain good employees to keep operations at optimal levels. Who wants to do 3 times the work as drivers for significantly less money?
