Pros
The IT team was exceptional. My coworkers consistently went above and beyond to help each other, share knowledge, and keep things running despite the challenges. The people were the best part of the job.
Cons
Everything else. Compensation is well below market for the responsibilities expected. Advancement opportunities are frequently discussed but rarely materialize. During my time here, I observed high turnover, and many experienced technicians left for better opportunities. If you're joining as a contractor, don't expect a realistic path to full-time employment based on my experience. This is a good place to gain experience for your résumé, but not somewhere I would recommend building a long-term career.
