The owners don't take the company seriously; especially Chapman. It's all just fun and games to him. He likes to create drama between sales reps and then sit back and watch it unfold. People that work hard aren't rewarded - people who gossip and brown-nose are. Assistants haven't had raises in years yet they work the hardest of anyone there.
