12. Disiciplinary action handed out like confetti , ive known of a disicplinary for not litter picking a site and even for wearing your own winter hat
13. No chance of promotion unless your chummy with higher managers
14. They like to duplicate everything in regards to paperwork
15. Dont take a car always a van as a collegue left and was billed 4k from HMRC for 2 cars he drove over several years with the company and was never told the vehicle came with a tax allowence
16. 30 minute break you get deducted for whether you have time to take it or not
17. Forced over time - Additional shifts just appear on your rota you dont get asked if you want to come in on your day off to cover it
18. Christmas day must be taken as a holiday or you wont get paid
19. Wait weeks for new uniform to arrive
20. HQ staff change so often you speak to a new starter every day
21. If you do not work every second of your notice period you will have money deducted
22. £30 admin fee if you wanted the company to pay a bus lane ticket on your behalf
23. HQ Staff pay £3 per day in a carpark owned by the company- in effect you pay the MD £3 a day to come to work for him as the revenus from this carpark goes to the company NICE EH
24. Uniform is so outdated, blue jumpers that look like school jumpers, shirts that discolour and a tie?
25. They even shaft there own clients by back charging them for the costs of goods at a higher rate- I know of 1 who got charged over £200 for something that the company paid 80 for
26. All they care about it pcns
27. If your doing high pcn figures your virtually untouchable
