Pros
First and foremost, there is plenty of room for advancement. As the company continues to grow, there are many different projects and new roles that open up for the taking which can sometimes even lead to overtime opportunities. Also, there's a great teamwork and family type of feel throughout the company. And the icing on the cake is free, healthy lunch provided!!
Cons
More times than not there is a lot of favoritism played out on a daily basis. But if you work hard and stay out of trouble you'll shine through regardless. Also, you have your share of employees that are more concerned with trying to get you in trouble than doing their own job correctly.
