Legitimately nothing. You could say the "pay" is nice if you even stay long enough suffering and making patients suffer just to get that pay.
Cons
- Double and triple booking all day
- Insane turnover rate (they tried to have a provider that was only there 2 months with no Ob/Gyn experience training me)
- NO BREAK ROOM. NO FRIDGE?? NO MICROWAVE? (they lie and say its a fire hazard to have one??) You always have to get lunch outside. Good luck having time to eat anyway
- They have 4-5 students with one provider at a time. They don't ask you if you want a student and they don't pay you extra for it. The CEO just wants all that money in his pocket. Free labor because they make the students do all the MA stuff and intake. Terrible.
- WORST OF ALL: They force EVERY woman that comes in to have a pap and vaginal ultrasound done no matter what, even when it's not indicated AT ALL. The provider I was following forced a 22 year old girl to get a transvaginal ultrasound when she has NEVER had intercourse before. I spoke up saying it's wrong and she told me "the CEO makes us or we get in trouble." Insanity.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE MADE UP ACCOUNTS BY MANAGEMENT. I STARTED AND THEY WERE SHOCKED THAT ON DAY 3 I SAID I QUIT. I will NEVER stand for a man (Dr. Terrani) who works in Women's Health and found a loophole in insurance to EXPLOIT WOMEN.
