- generally great people to work with - wide variety of clients (in industry and in size) very good exposure - opportunity to take on more responsibility at earlier stage - good training
Cons
- some managers show the less senior staff no respect and walk all over you if they know you will do the work - paid under market rate - promotions based on 'time done' or who you know rather than actual performance - work life balance not so good
