      Pros

      Grazie! is a great place to work and you can make some money if you work hard. The people are all friendly and it's usually busy because it's attached to Oxford Athletic Club. Lots of regulars, good atmosphere, and a great owner.

      Cons

      You need to stick around a while to get the good shifts (for servers), but once you do it's worth it.

      the tips are good in the summer. the back of the house is great. the other employees are easy to get along with

      there was a lack of support staff. they didn't seem to want to help you when you were in the weeds.
