Grazie! is a great place to work and you can make some money if you work hard. The people are all friendly and it's usually busy because it's attached to Oxford Athletic Club. Lots of regulars, good atmosphere, and a great owner.

You need to stick around a while to get the good shifts (for servers), but once you do it's worth it.
