Hours are really inconsistent. You can also be rostered 24 hours but that gets slashed to the 8 hours minimum with a moments notice. There was also a lot of favouritism from management at TTP. Also you would be put in kitchen with no experience or food safety certificates, and no choice in the matter. Sometimes you would be on your own with two full cinemas (40 pax each) with one FOH person on and expect to get all meals out for everyone at once. Unrealistic expectations.
