Whilst a great deal has changed since 2013, we are keen to still acknowledge this review. Thank you for commenting on our sociable and autonomous working environment - we can certainly say that this is still reflective of today’s Hastoe! In terms of employee wellbeing, we are proud to say that this has been an area of great improvement. We promote a healthy work-life balance which is supported by smart working approaches, generous annual leave entitlements, great salary and benefit packages and a positive work place culture. We also hold regular Health & Wellbeing sessions consisting of activities such as educational talks, yoga and pilates classes, massages and health checks We receive great feedback from these activities and employees have reported a real positive impact on their wellbeing - something we believe has contributed to Hastoe being an employer of choice in the sector. The changes we have made are recognised widely and, in 2018, we gained re-accreditation for Investors in People Gold, confirming the commitment we have to developing our colleagues both personally and professionally.
