This company will be good if you have any relative in the senior management

FNF is not done as per process
No one from HR team respond on call and mail
Policy are not followed
By management own choice policy can be different for employees and HR
Even after 100 days from last working day they can't revert on FNF status
No work life balance
Unethical practices are performed by the senior management
The only good thing about this company is it puts you under immense pressure so ultimately you come out as a good consultant. Only join if you do not have a personal life

Very poor management.
Has to literally beg in front of the HR to get the experience letter or my Variable amount.
