Regarding our Support channels, we make it clear that our workers can easily contact us on 02033225678 or support@syftapp.com any time. Furthermore, through verification, we can determine eligibility for a role before you choose it, thus avoiding removing Syfters from shifts as you are accusing us of.
Our app is constantly under development to introduce new and exciting features for our workers; one of these shows when you have confirmed a job to work - this feature has been in the app for a number of years now.
Tips, breaks, food & drinks are down to the employer but legal requirements offer workers breaks after set periods worked. Finally, regarding pay, Syft provides its workers with the highest starting rate per hour at £9 p/h compared to our competitors who offer less. Couple this with an attractive benefits package after 3 shifts worked that other agencies do not offer and you can see how Syft is always trying to support and promote its workers.
