Pros
I worked as a team leader here for several projects and I have to say it was perhaps one of the most fulfilling careers I've ever had. While it wasn't the easiest job in the world, I feel incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with and learn from the best in the industry. During my time, I was consistently challenged to improve my skills and push the boundaries of what was possible. The company culture was one of innovation and collaboration, which made working there a joy, but it wasn't easy.

Embrace Innovation - they had a strong culture of innovation, which means that there wasn't always a precedent to follow. This can be challenging, but it also presented great opportunities to learn something new all the time. Time Management is Key - Working in an environment like this can be overwhelming, but it also taught me valuable lessons in time management and efficiency. Be a Team Player - In this company, everyone pitches in and does whatever needs to be done. This means that there's no room for a "that's not my job" mentality. While this can be demanding for some, I saw this as an opportunity to grow and took advantage of it and got involved in various project teams outside and beyond my usual job scope.
