Very bad experience of working with/for Just Dogs, Kalyani Nagar, Pune - Anonymous employee Just Dogs Employee Review

Its a retailer shop and not like a company to work for. No respect is given and false and dirty language used by the founder to employees. Saw so many new people joining in and leaving in just 2 or 3 days. Very dirty politics amongst local staff, Founder/Owner thinks he knows everything and that's why he has won an award so he does not welcome any new ideas, Satisfied in current profit and no desire/encouragement for growing business, No HR policies in place, No appreciation or value is given even if you work really hard to achieve sales targets, Only money-minded work and employees are not treated with respect, Even if you are more qualified and have a good experience and worth something more, still you might be working under a 12th pass/fail person who does not even know how to draft a mail, use computer infact!
