Several Actually: 1. No work life balance. As per deadline we have to work. They reimburse the extra hours but they made you work for extra hours completion of task 2. Main one: HR policy and team. They are lazy and ignorant. They will take decision as per their favour not for employees. They will change old policy to new one without considering employees feedback. 3. They don't process the full and final settlement even after the stipulated time mentioned in their policy. 4. No update or feedback even after following up the HR team multiple times.
