Pros
The money is good, the clientele is good (for the most part), food and drinks are genuinely really good, good employee benefits, good discounts,
Cons
The hours are LONG and there will not be a single second of downtime during your shift (most shifts I don’t even have time to go to the bathroom.) You don’t get free food or an employee meal, but you can order food from your restaurant and get a 50% discount (kind of ridiculous but wtv it’s good food). Work-life balance is very difficult. The working environment is super toxic and clique-y. Management likes to micromanage and nitpick. I feel like Lettuce cares much more about their clientele than their employees.
