really great people here and my boss is the best one i've had in my career so far. most everyone i've met/worked with is very laid back and approachable which doesn't make my job stressful. working in southlake is also a nice change instead of working in downtown dallas. there's an onsite coffee shop right outside our office suite and the coffee is really good. 20 days PTO and free health insurance too. i've already been learning so much in the short amount of time i've been here.

would prefer to have some hybrid flexibility 1-2 times a week. i don't mind coming into office since i live close and like separating my work from my personal life, but even if we were able to work on friday that would be awesome.
