There are very few downsides to working at the Malhotra Group. On rare occasions, the workload can feel a little too much; however, this has only happened around three times in my 21 years with the company. Even during these periods, the support provided has been excellent, with colleagues and management working together to ensure challenges are managed effectively and no one feels unsupported.
