company hires badly trained managers and enjoy being malicious about other about staff members, HR do not follow the correct policies and procedures, will look for any excuse to sack you if you are not apart of the click. They do not care about health problems you have and will not support you. My time here at the company was horrendous, i was treated unfairly and bullied, the manager has no clue how to manage a team and was more of a dictator. I would never work for this company ever again, and do not advise anyone else to do so. They also steal money from residents families who agree to pay for one to ones, instead of providing the correct care they cut staff down and pocket the money.
