Pros
Great team and office vibe. Good work/life balance. The middle management is friendly and very supportive. I have learnt a large amount throughout my time working there, however career progression might be better elsewhere at the mid-high end of your career.
Cons
The salary is very low and it will effect your mental health working there after discovering that your time and effort is paid significantly higher working elsewhere. Career progression is very limited after a few years. Often underestimated unless being in the management team.
