* Low pay and lack of career progression. Last year I had my first raise in years but it was a VERY small increase that hasn't improved my quality of life unfortunately. This year they pushed the merit increase by half a year. There isn't a doubt among all of colleagues that this is an intentional move to get more folks to quit / save money.
* High employee turnover.
* Multiple waves of layoffs and departures since 2024. Lack of communication and planning around layoffs leads to us having to figure out solutions on the fly and it honestly does not seem like that leadership cares about how these layoffs are affecting the CURRENT business.
* Rotating door of Execs who have no idea what's going on in the ground. We're just treated like numbers on a spreadsheet.
People are fantastic and open to collaboration and learning about what others do. Remote work was great too.
Cons
management is non-existent. they get paid but they dont do much to earn their salary. no training programs or mentorship. best for experienced people as they can do what they deem is right for the client
