Cons
The leaders are very unprofessional and political. One partner said to me they don’t hire democrats. He is now a chairman. They hired a lot of interns and didn’t give offers about 30% of them. A few of whom seemed like smart, hard working people. It seemed like a good place during recruiting season but I quickly realized that was all a facade. I ended up accepting an offer at a larger and more respected firm and had a much better experience.
