Cons
1. Broke employee and public trust when there was an outbreak of COVID in the office and they did not close the office and told staff 'not to tell anyone', nor did they inform any members of the public whom had had interaction with the sick staff members less than 24 hours before testing positive . 2. Tried to tell staff members that we were 'key workers' and that the first lock down did not mean we couldn't continue as normal with viewings. 3. Owners have no issues ignoring you when you raise an issue they are not happy with, constant belittling of current/ former staff members. 4. Stopped staff commission as the company 'may not make it through COVID' despite having over a million in cash within the business. 5. Abused the UK furlough scheme.
