It’s sad to hear that you didn’t enjoy your time with NTT Fundraising. We have seen an unprecedented amount of change in the last 2 years driven by the industry and our clients and we recognise the challenges this has brought to all our staff. We do pride ourselves on meeting our clients’ needs and on occasions this may affect a calling campaign. We always try to retain fundraisers where we can and we make decisions based on quality and performance metrics. In regards to pay, we feel that we meet the industry standards and expectations and our fundraisers are paid fairly. This is something that we review on an annual basis.
