forget pro's & cons for one second, because every company in any industry will have their fare share of each. in total iv'e spent 6 years of my life working for On-Cite solutions. With ZERO regrets, from my fellow employees who make work a breeze each and every day. to management who make each and every employee feel like there part of the family. YOU DO NOT GET THIS ANYWHERE ELSE....And trust me i know, i took a break from this company and the industry to pursue "greener pastures" and join a union. while the money was good, i quickly learned its not everything. listen theres so many things that make a great company, a great company good wages management that listens & acts on employer imputs (Thats rare) unselfish staff , all across the board (employee/employer) Interesting work destinations that always keep work exciting Great coworkers and frankly this company checks all the boxes

i really only came here today because i stumbled upon this website and noticed a really poor review for this company, and trust me when i say this , he was as disgruntled as they come. but regardless i truly love the place i work. and i wanted to shed some light on anyone reading this , take it from a guy that left and came back, a guys who's seen good bosses and bad bosses , reliable co workers and useless pieces of flesh. this company is ran by a stand up man we refer to as boss and i never have to second guess any of my coworkers because i know they've been trained the right way by the right people.
