Sadly when anonymous reviews are submitted it is difficult to determine whether it's genuinely based on experience or a competitor? If this contractor did work for us they would know that we use ISO 9001:2015 (UKAS approved) and Investors in People (Gold) as the basis of our quality management system. We encourage log and investigate all complaints as part of our drive for continuous improvement. We publish and measure all service levels to ensure we meet customer expectations in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
