Thank you for your review and feedback. I was sorry to hear you felt there were not enough opportunities for growth. Although we believe there are plenty of opportunities available for those who want them, I agree that we need to do better at getting that message out to all staff. One of the downsides of rapid company growth is that some people may feel they're being lost in the shuffle. One of the steps we are taking to counteract this impression is the new Employee Development Program we introduced last year. It provides a structured opportunity for staff and their supervisors to get together to discuss career goals and how to reach them. We are also working on clarifying typical career paths and the development needed to reach the next rung on the ladder. We want to ensure that everyone who is looking for development is given the opportunity. Thank you for your time with PCB and best wishes on your ongoing career.
