Job aids and resources are limited and they were technically incompetent In Training is when I knew I made the wrong choice coming there, and I wasn't the only one that felt that way. Majority of my Training class left within 6 months time. Management doesn't really want to hear about how their employees feel because they don't plan on doing anything about it anyway.
