      Free Car Parking, closed at Christmas, cheap lunch

      Cons

      Poor management, poorly resourced, unprofessional HR, kitchen badly under-resourced, terrible pay. Clients are allowed to be aggressive and abusive to staff with no consequences.

      Pros

      Great experience, great charity and I felt really well supported especially when I had my own cancer diagnosis, (PB is a cancer charity) I was so well cared for.

      Cons

      Felt there was very little opportunities to progress so sadly left to do this.
